Any deviating, conflicting, or supplementary general terms and conditions shall not become part of this contract\u2014even if cideon engineering is aware of them\u2014unless cideon engineering has expressly agreed to their validity in writing. In the event that the Client does not wish to accept the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC), the Client must declare this to cideon engineering in writing prior to, or at the latest upon, the conclusion of the contract.  <\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cideon-engineering.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/AGB_DE_2023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"button primary lowercase\" rel=\"noopener\" >\n\t\t<span>Download<\/span>\n\t<\/a>\n\n\n<p><strong>General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Order for Goods, Services, and Similar Items (AEAB)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We place orders or award contracts exclusively in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Order, hereinafter referred to as \u201cGTPO.\u201d Any deviating commitments or General Terms and Conditions of the Contractor (hereinafter referred to as \u201cContractor\u201d) shall apply only if they have been expressly brought to the attention of cideon engineering in writing in advance and cideon engineering has expressly agreed to them.
