Deviating, conflicting or supplementary General Terms and Conditions shall not become part of the contract, even if cideon engineering is aware of them, unless their validity has been expressly agreed to in writing by cideon engineering. In the event that the Principal does not wish to accept the following General Terms and Conditions, he shall declare this in writing to cideon engineering prior to, but no later than, the conclusion of the contract.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cideon-engineering.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/AGB_EN_2023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"button primary lowercase\" rel=\"noopener\" >\n\t\t<span>Download<\/span>\n\t<\/a>\n\n\n<p><strong>General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Order for Goods, Services and Similar (GTCPO)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We order or place orders exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Order, hereinafter referred to as AEAB. Any deviating commitments or general terms and conditions of the contractor (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;Contractor&#8221;) shall only apply if they have been brought to the attention of cideon engineering in advance with express reference in writing and cideon engineering has expressly agreed to them.
