Initially, a reengineering is being carried out on the basis of the Dortmund H-Bahn with the aim of further developing the transport system ready for series production.<\/p>\n<p>The customer EPN Skytrain relies in particular on the extensive experience of cideon engineering &#8211; especially on the expert knowledge across the specialist areas in order to identify and implement suitable solutions.<\/p>\n<p>As some components of the original system are obsolete, the construction of a landing gear demonstrator was defined as the first milestone &#8211; in order to test and ensure functionality in advance.<\/p>\n<p>Even in this initial project phase, cideon engineering was able to apply expert knowledge from the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cideon-engineering.com\/en\/mechanics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mechanics<\/a> <\/strong>was able to contribute:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support in the production of the prototype chassis and cabin suspension<\/li>\n<li>Checking the completeness of the production documents<\/li>\n<li>Supplier coordination \/ obtaining offers for critical assemblies<\/li>\n<li>Investigations into braking technology, compressed air and emergency release system<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out the design engineering work using Inventor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The prototype chassis was assembled by ISAP Industrieservice Altmann &amp; Partner in G\u00f6rlitz. In parallel, cideon engineering has already developed the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cideon-engineering.com\/en\/electrics-controls-software-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">functional vehicle concept<\/a><\/strong> for the landing gear demonstrator:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Electrical conception<\/li>\n<li>Creation of circuit diagram by means of EPLAN P8<\/li>\n<li>Component selection and planning of control cabinet design and procurement of components<\/li>\n<li>Assembly\/electrical installation of switch cabinet and chassis<\/li>\n<li>Concept and programming of the HMI using the Selectron toolchain<\/li>\n<li>Concept and programming of the control system using the Selectron toolchain<\/li>\n<li>Testing, verification and validation of the overall chassis demonstrator system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We look forward to continuing our cooperation and will report on the realization of further milestones and the development of this project.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n<\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Support in the development of the vehicle control system (TCMS) for the further development of the Dortmund light rail system<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":8,"featured_media":6762,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"content-type":"","inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[46],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-8820","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-aktuelles-en"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
