One focus is on the customized planning and production of control cabinets. Based on the circuit diagrams drawn up in the engineering department and the associated lists and plans, we first procure all the necessary components. Assembly, wiring and comprehensive electrical and functional testing of the control cabinets are then carried out in our state-of-the-art workshop.

3D printing

We also offer our customers various services in the field of 3D printing to promote and increase the innovative capacity and efficiency of our product developments. Our areas of expertise include rapid prototyping, in-house production and reverse engineering. This modern technology is used, for example, for brackets for sensors and cameras, housings for input/output systems or obsolete components. Thanks to the above-average size of the printing area, it is also possible to produce larger components with our system. All printed components are designed by us in CAD in advance according to customer requirements.

3D scan

With our advanced 3D scanning technology, we are revolutionizing the planning and execution of conversions. This method enables us to capture vehicle components and parts with millimeter precision and reproduce them as digital models.

Thanks to the detailed recording of geometries and structures, there are numerous advantages:

  • Time efficiency: Fast data acquisition and direct integration into CAD systems.
  • Precision: Minimization of design errors through highly accurate digital reproductions.
  • Flexibility: Support in the planning of adaptations or the reconstruction of obsolete components.

The scan data created serves as the perfect basis for further development in CAD and enables a seamless connection between as-built and new design. Digital conversion description

Another highlight is our digital conversion description. This makes it possible to present assembly and conversion processes clearly and comprehensibly. Using videos, 3D data or images, we show step by step how components are assembled – down to the smallest detail. One example of this is the assembly of a motor box: the video demonstrates how the box is to be screwed on and which screws need to be used. With this method, we ensure that conversions can be carried out easily and efficiently, even for complex projects.

All work complies with current standards and directives, with conformity testing carried out by our experienced safety engineer. In this way, we guarantee the highest quality and safety – perfectly tailored to the individual requirements of your vehicles.
