CE cideon engineering is socially engaged and would like to support local associations in particular.
At the start of 2023, employees were once again invited to propose associations to be sponsored by the company.
After reviewing the numerous entries, an internal committee decided on the following charitable organisations, among others.
Mönauer Park- und Ortschaftspflegeverein e. V.
The donation will be used for the ongoing design of the park and to support the voluntary work of our association.
Technology Center for Youth gGmbH
The network inspires young people to take an interest in technology. It promotes general technical education, does pioneering work with young people and teaches competence in the constructive use of technology.
The multi-disciplinary club is divided into various departments, such as bowling, archery, badminton, football, running, gymnastics and children’s sports. The donation will be used to replace the ageing seating in the bowling alley.
Zittau Model Railway Club e.V.
The club is responsible for the construction and maintenance of a 28 m² H0 club facility. The facility displays a to-scale replica of track sections and stations on the Zittau narrow gauge railway (H0e) on a modular basis.
The association supports students in implementing their projects – providing premises or financial support. Since 2005, the focus has been on electric mobility and developing sustainable vehicles.
The fundraising campaign is now an integral part of each year. A thank you to our colleagues for the numerous suggestions, enabling the company to support regional associations.
